The Shift is for men who are done tolerating the gap between who they are and who they know they could be.
For the man who knows he's capable of more. And is finally ready to do something about it.
You've had the conversation with yourself before. You know what you're capable of. And you know what needs to change.
You've seen sparks of the man you can be. More than once.
You've been disciplined — in short bursts. But something keeps pulling you back to the same place. The same habits. The same comforts. Year after year.
Knowing what needs to change has never been your problem. You've known for a while. The problem is that knowledge without a standard is just awareness. And awareness alone has never changed anybody's life.
That's what The Shift is about. Finding what's actually been in the way. Removing it. And intentionally creating standards for your life that you refuse to lower.
You've been disciplined before and watched it fade
You know what needs to change but can't make it stick
You keep letting how you feel decide how you act
You've tried to change before and ended up in the same place
You're tired of starting over
You want to live by a standard, not by how you feel that day
You're willing to be honest with yourself about what's actually been going on
This is not for you if you want motivation, a shortcut, or someone to tell you what you want to hear.

For a long time I thought my problem was discipline.
I'd get focused, build momentum, and then eventually fall back into my old habits. It wasn't for lack of trying. But I just never decided what I was willing to no longer accept from myself.
I had goals. I had massive ambition. But what I didn't have was a set of standards that I refused to negotiate with.
A goal is something you want. A standard is something you live.
Once I stopped chasing goals and started building standards — everything slowly started changing.
That's what The Shift is. The exact process I used to figure out what I was actually willing to accept from myself.
